Training & Enablement

You bought the seats. Now make them count.

01 //Licensed broadly. Used barely.

Seats went out company wide. Training was delivered. Completion looked good. Six months on, habitual use is in the low single digits and somebody upstairs is asking what the licenses bought.

Completion measures attendance. Adoption is the number that matters, and it is the one we sign up to.

Sound familiar?

“We paid for the whole company and about nine people use it.”

“Everyone clicked through and nothing about the actual work changed.”

“People still do it the old way and do not mention it in the meeting.”

Why teams bring us in
Fifteen years inside the Microsoft motion

Fifteen years working with Microsoft, including the training programs behind 24.8M incremental Teams monthly active users.

Trainers who learned it at the source

Microsoft Certified Trainers who have worked for Microsoft and inside its field organization.

Built for the moments that are already hard

Digital transformation, acquisitions and integrations, the shift to remote, now AI. We train through change, not around it.

Measured on your numbers

We agree the adoption metric with you before delivery starts and report it at 30, 60 and 90 days.

02 //What we deliver.

Four programs. Virtual by default, in person where it earns its cost.

6 to 12 weeks
01
Copilot Adoption Accelerator

The core program. Role based enablement that moves usage, with the number agreed up front.

  • Baseline measured in week one
  • Role based sessions, not a generic overview
  • Champion network stood up
  • 30, 60 and 90 day readout
Half day
02
Executive Copilot Workshop

Leadership goes first. If the executive team does not use it, nobody below them will either.

  • Executive specific use cases
  • Live working session, not a demo
  • Adoption commitments agreed
  • Follow up rituals defined
Per cohort
03
Role Based Enablement

Finance, sales, service, operations. Same product, completely different day to day.

  • Workflows built around the actual job
  • Practice on real work
  • Job aids and prompts they keep
  • Manager reinforcement pack
Per cohort
04
Certification to Adoption

Credentials that attach to usage rather than sitting in a spreadsheet.

  • Exam readiness and Applied Skills
  • Pearson VUE attachment
  • Credential tracking
  • Usage tied to each credential

The seats were the easy part.
Adoption happens in the room, in the week after, and in whether a manager reinforces it.

03 //The questions we always get.

Who are the trainers, really?
Microsoft Certified Trainers on our own bench, vetted by Microsoft to deliver Microsoft curriculum. Senior people who have run adoption at scale, not contractors reading someone else's deck.
Virtual or in person?
Virtual by default, because it scales and it works. In person where the cohort or the executive audience justifies it. We will tell you which one your situation actually needs.
What about our tenant and our data?
We train inside your environment on your terms, or in a clean environment if your security team prefers. Either way, we do not need standing access to your data to teach your people.
How do you measure adoption?
Habitual use rather than logins, role based use case completion, and champion activity, all against a baseline taken in week one. The metric gets agreed with you before anyone is booked.

04 //Whether this is for you.

Good fit
  • You have licensed Copilot broadly and usage is not moving
  • You are accountable for a number somebody upstairs asks about
  • You want role specific enablement, not an overview session
  • You can give us a baseline and a champion per team
Not a fit
  • You want a general AI literacy course
  • You want the cheapest per seat number on the market
  • Completion certificates are the actual goal
  • Nobody internally will reinforce it after we leave

05 //Start with the baseline.

Tell us how many seats you have and what is not happening. We will come back with a plan and the number we would hold ourselves to.
