01 //Most AI demos are theater.

Maybe you've seen four AI demos this quarter. They all worked, because they were built to. None of them survived contact with your data, your permissions or your exceptions.

So we do the opposite. Send us one paragraph about the workflow costing you hours, and we build a working agent on that problem, usually within days. The first thing you see is your own business running, not a script.

Sound familiar?

“Quotes and proposals take three days because someone has to gather the same information every time.”

“Support answers the same forty questions all week and the answers exist in a document nobody opens.”

“Nobody has read the last two hundred customer calls, so the pattern in them is still invisible.”

02 //We start with the workflow, not the technology.

Most technology conversations start with the tool and go looking for a problem. We flip it. We start with the outcome you actually want, find the workflow causing real hours or real friction, and fit the technology to that.

The rule does not change. The technology fits the business, not the other way around.

04 //What we build.

01Customer Intelligence
Scan transcripts, account data and usage signals to surface risk and opportunity before a human would notice it.
02Revenue Acceleration
Account research, outreach personalization, proposal support and pipeline risk detection, run continuously.
03Voice of Customer
Turn customer conversations into evidence backed themes, sentiment and an executive readout that is actually read.
04Knowledge and Support
Answer questions from your own approved content and documentation, route what needs a person, cut the repeat load.
05Back Office Automation
Finance, operations, HR, intake, approvals and reporting, with the final action still sitting with a human.
06Contact Center
AI first intake across voice, chat and email, knowledge grounded resolution, and a context rich handoff to your team.
Six patterns, already live
Each of these we have already stood up as a working demo, not a slide.

Agents draft. People approve.
The permission model you already run is the permission model the agent inherits.

06 //The part nobody demos.

Can it see things it should not?
It inherits your existing identity and permission model through Entra. An agent can only reach what the person using it could already reach. Nothing gets a wider view of your business than your own staff have.
Who approves what it does?
A human, on anything that leaves the building or changes a record. Agents draft, retrieve, analyze and prepare. People approve. That gate is configured before launch, not bolted on after an incident.
How do you know it is not wrong?
Every agent ships with evaluation runs against known answers and telemetry on what it did. When quality drops we see it in the dashboard rather than in a customer complaint.
What happens when you leave?
Handover is a deliverable, not a favor. Documentation, owner assignment and a runbook. You can run it, we can run it, or your Microsoft partner can. That is your call, not a lock in.

07 //We run on what we sell.

Our own lead qualification, delivery and measurement run on the same agentic stack we deploy for you. Copilot is deployed across the whole company and our own documentation feeds it.

Most firms talk about agents. We have already put them into our own P&L, which means the first case study we show you is our own, with the numbers attached.

It also means that when we tell you a rollout is harder than the demo made it look, we are speaking from inside one.

08 //Whether this is for you.

Good fit
  • You have a repetitive, high volume workflow that people complain about
  • You run on Microsoft, or you are open to a guided path in
  • You are not on Azure yet but want someone to bring you in without a rebuild
  • Somebody internally can own the thing once it is live
  • You would rather prove one workflow than announce a strategy
Not a fit
  • You want a chatbot on your website
  • You want AI announced at a conference next month
  • Nobody can say which process is actually costing you time
  • You are looking for the cheapest possible pilot

09 //Start with one workflow.

An Opportunity Scan takes one to two days. You leave with a ranked list of what to automate and an honest read on whether it is worth it.
